How to Freeze Your Membership

X3 members may freeze their accounts for up to 3 months during a 12 month period for any reason. 

If a member requests to freeze his/her account for more than 3 months per 12 month period, supporting documentation must be provided for consideration (i.e. medical note, proof of pregnancy, student enrollment, etc.).

After 3 months of freezes (or 6 months with supporting documentation) per 12 month period, the member must resume membership payments until the next 12 month period.


 

How to Cancel Your Membership

Membership and personal training cancellations must be completed in-person at your home club. It is recommended that an appointment be made prior to your visit. To schedule your appointment or if you have any questions, please submit the Member Feedback form with the date and time of your preferred appointment. You will receive an appointment confirmation from an X3 Sports Customer Service Representative. Most appointments will be scheduled Monday-Friday between 9am-7pm. Please note that requesting a cancellation appointment does not cancel your agreement.
