GROUP WORKOUT CLASSES
It’s time to expand your workout routine with a wide variety of training options! X3 Sports offers the best group workout classes. Members can choose from dozens of classes including Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Boxing, Yoga, Power Track, Advanced Boxing, MMA, Fast Track, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and more!
MMA classes are designed to deliver results, whether you’re a competitive fighter or training enthusiast.
Beginners will be introduced to striking, submissions, and wrestling basics, learning how to seamlessly blend these elements. As you progress, our expert trainers will help you refine your skills, offering guidance for those aspiring to professional fighting.
MMA classes cover a range of elements, including fundamental techniques like striking, clinch work, grappling, submissions, takedowns, and defense. You’ll also learn blended techniques such as transitioning from striking to takedowns, and takedowns to submissions. While simulated sparring is conducted in a safe environment, live takedowns and grappling may occur for a realistic experience.
For athletes aiming to compete in MMA, proficiency in individual components like Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, boxing, wrestling, and sports performance training is essential. X3 Sports offers the opportunity to join our MMA Fight Team, a tight-knit group focused on turning amateurs into professionals and guiding pros to the pinnacle of the sport.
