GROUP WORKOUT CLASSES

It’s time to expand your workout routine with a wide variety of training options! X3 Sports offers the best group workout classes. Members can choose from dozens of classes including Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Boxing, Yoga, Power Track, Advanced Boxing, MMA, Fast Track, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and more!

Muay Thai classes offer a holistic approach to self-defense and fitness. Our world-class instructors provide the training needed for those interested in competing in Muay Thai or MMA competitions.

Originating over 2000 years ago in Thailand, Muay Thai is a rapidly growing combat sport known as the “art of eight limbs.” This martial art incorporates punches, kicks, knees, and elbow strikes, allowing fighters to use eight points of contact. In addition to striking, Muay Thai includes stand-up grappling, known as the clinch.

What sets Muay Thai classes apart is our professional and experienced instructors, boasting over 50 years of combined Muay Thai experience. Our beginner classes are designed to accommodate athletes of all levels, preparing students for competition if desired.
