GROUP WORKOUT CLASSES

It’s time to expand your workout routine with a wide variety of training options! X3 Sports offers the best group workout classes. Members can choose from dozens of classes including Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Boxing, Yoga, Power Track, Advanced Boxing, MMA, Fast Track, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and more!

Power Track℠ classes are a dynamic, instructor-led weight-training group class designed to optimize your workout experience. This class utilizes a variety of exercises derived from three foundational lifts—bench press, squat, and deadlift—under the close supervision of certified strength conditioning instructors. Power Track℠ aims to promote muscle confusion and cognition, helping you shed body fat and build lean muscle mass effectively.

Power Track classes feature a small group setting where experienced coaches tailor the workout to your goals and experience level. Whether you’re looking to add mass, lose weight, or increase strength, our world-class instructors provide personalized guidance every step of the way.

Power Track℠ fosters a strong sense of community and camaraderie through in-class competitions to set personal records and achieve class and individual goals. Each class has its own unique personality, making every session enjoyable and rewarding. Power Track classes at X3 Sports redefine the transformative power of weight training in a supportive and engaging environment.
