From a small town in Alabama named Lineville, AL. Played sports all throughout high school as well as a year of college football. Acquired my Exercise Science Degree from Jacksonville State and have been training for the last 5 years. Strong family oriented person who believe we all at the gym are one big family. Parents taught me growing up that nothing is never given, everything is worked for. I use that way of thinking daily to make the most of opportunity I have to better myself as a person and help others reach their health goals
