I'm a born and raised Georgia Peach. My background was originally in the hospitality field and then in the medical field. While living in Arizona for over 10 years, I started working out and fell in love with the way it made me feel and look. After moving back to Atlanta, my daughter became a trainer and motivated me to go harder and live a healthier lifestyle. Since I joined X3 Sport I've never looked back!
