Experience Statement
I have been involved in health and fitness most of my life. I grew up playing softball and in college starting taking Kickboxing classes. I felt strong and empowered, it was so much fun and very effective. I graduated with a BS in Hospitality Management and been a certified personal trainer since 2001. I believe everyone can reach their full fitness potential by commitment, consistency and guidance.

I am a big movie buff and love to go paddle boarding when the weather is nice.
