About The facility

X3 Sports North Marietta, a recently renovated 10,000 square foot facility, is located off the Canton Rd Connector exit of I-75 on Sandy Plains Road. The North Marietta location is convenient to Kennesaw, Marietta, and East Cobb.

Our gym has plenty of space with a free weights section, machine section, squat racks, and more! You can workout on your own during open gym times or while a class is present. Open mats and rings are also available while a class is not in session.

Kickboxing

X3 Sports offers beginner-friendly kickboxing classes suitable for all levels, providing proper technique instruction and a safe environment to avoid injury. Trainers help guide and adjust the intensity to allow gradual progression.

POWER TRACK℠

Power TrackSM is an instructor-led, weight-training group class developed by X3 Sports. Using a variety of exercises derived from three basic lifts—bench press, squat, and deadlift—certified strength conditioning instructors closely supervise you to ensure correct form and technique. This class promotes muscle confusion and cognition, which aids in losing body fat and increasing lean muscle mass.

With over 500 classes per month at each location, X3 Sports has a class convenient for everyone’s busy schedule. Instructors are hands-on to make sure you are learning and building confidence while experiencing a great workout.
