Power Track℠, a creation of X3 Sports, offers an instructor-led weight-training group session incorporating a diverse range of exercises rooted in three foundational lifts: bench press, squat, and deadlift. Accredited strength conditioning instructors meticulously oversee your form and technique, ensuring accuracy and safety throughout the class. This program emphasizes muscle perplexity and cognitive involvement, facilitating fat loss and the development of lean muscle mass.

HOW IT WORKS

Power Track℠ stands as a small group weight-training program customized to align with your fitness aspirations. Knowledgeable coaches engage in discussions regarding your goals, whether they revolve around muscle development, weight management, or strength improvement. Your proficiency level is evaluated to pinpoint the optimal starting point. This class caters to individuals of all backgrounds, including novices, with top-tier instructors offering unwavering guidance and assistance every step of the way.

Classes run in twelve-week phases, each divided into four-week blocks. Phases are posted monthly and include the training focus for each day. Workouts are posted daily.

Power Track℠ promotes a sense of community and spirit through in-class competitions to set personal records, and class and individual goals. Each class takes on its own personality making it fun and rewarding.

Even if you have old injuries or you are prone to knee, back, ankle, or other problems, Power Track℠ is still a great option for you. Please advise your instructor of any restrictions before class. Power Track℠ instructors are trained to help you make modifications to exercises, or tell you which ones to skip, so you can get fit while staying healthy.
