Muay Thai Workshop

We will be having a Muay Thai Workshop at X3 Sports West Midtown and we want to invite you to join us!
This will be a 4-hour workshop focusing on all aspects of the Muay Thai Clinch, including fundamentals and technique. A clinch is a technical position of Muay Thai where you must hold your opponent in order to launch your attacks.
The workshop will cover the basics of clinching, elbow strikes, knee throws, and clinch sweeps.
