What is Fast Track℠?

Fast Track℠ is a unique mixture of cardio and resistance training that utilizes sports training exercises to help you lose weight, tone muscle, and improve your coordination. As an alternative to outdoor boot camp classes, Fast Track℠ gets results, whether you have fitness goals or want to increase your sports performance.

FAST TRACK℠ = FITNESS BOOT CAMP + SPORTS TRAINING + CIRCUIT TRAINING

Fast Track℠ classes incorporate circuit training and cardio exercises, using a variety of sports training equipment such as agility ladders, resistance bungees, kettle bells, medicine balls, plyo boxes, and bosu balls—making for a fun and interactive class.

Our beginner-friendly high-intensity interval training (HIIT) classes at X3 Sports cater to all levels, ensuring that newcomers receive proper instruction in techniques without concerns about injury. Our trainers are here to teach and guide you through your journey, allowing you to control the intensity and gradually progress at your own pace.
