We have everything you need to train, so you can just show up and get expert instruction from our world-class instructors. They will teach you proper techniques and show you new drills, while you get a great workout that increases your endurance and tones your muscles.

Beginner boxing classes vary, but they generally include heavy bag work, shadow boxing, focus mitt drills, and strength and conditioning exercises.
