How It Works:

• Teams of Two: Each team must include one X3 member and one non-member (bring a friend to join the fun!).
• Sparring Games: Compete in three creative drills that challenge your boxing skills:
  • Shoulder Tag: Tap your opponent’s shoulder before they tap yours. First to five wins!
  • Foot Tag: Hold shoulders and try to step on your opponent’s feet. First to five wins!
  • Towel Grab: Snatch the towel tucked under your opponent’s chin. First to five wins!
• Prize: The winning team takes home ATL Gloves and Wraps
