If you’re a woman who is interested in self-defense, but maybe a little bit intimidated by Brazilian Jiu Jitsu or Muay Thai, come join us for the Women’s Empowerment and Self-Defense Workshop at X3 Sports North Marietta!

This 3-session, women-only workshop will cover beginner BJJ, Kickboxing, and Muay Thai escape and defense techniques to empower your inner strength. Leave the courses feeling more confident in your defense tactics and maybe even a little inspired to join our strong community of female BJJ students for weekly classes.
