Fast Track℠ sessions blend circuit training and cardio exercises, utilizing a variety of sports training equipment such as agility ladders, resistance bungees, kettlebells, medicine balls, plyo boxes, and bosu balls. This setup creates an engaging and dynamic workout environment.
