As you progress week-to-week and start feeling more coordinated, comfortable with the equipment and capable, you’ll be able to handle more complex routines. Our instructors provide kickboxing novices with all the information they need to successfully complete their first few Atlanta kickboxing classes.

Real Heavy Bags

Through challenging combinations with an emphasis on technique, you'll improve your form and power, making each strike count. Our instructors will help you isolate individual muscles in order to build strength, increasing your overall speed and agility. At Kickboxing Athens, we use real heavy bags so you and punch and kick as hard as you can! And with a variety of drills focusing on different levels of intensity, you'll reach goals you never thought possible!

At the end of each class, we take time to cool down through stretching and breathing exercises. We believe this is essential for both body and mind to relax from the exertion that comes with physical activity—allowing our students to leave feeling strong yet relaxed.
