POWER TRACK℠

Power Track℠ is an instructor-led weight-training group class created by X3 Sports. It utilizes a variety of exercises based on three fundamental lifts: bench press, squat, and deadlift. Certified strength conditioning instructors provide close supervision to ensure proper form and technique. This class promotes muscle confusion and cognitive engagement, helping you lose body fat and gain lean muscle mass.

HOW IT WORKS

Power Track℠ is a small group weight-training class designed to meet your fitness goals. Experienced coaches will discuss your objectives—such as adding muscle mass, losing weight, or increasing strength—and assess your experience level to determine the best starting point for you. This class is ideal for everyone, including beginners, as world-class instructors provide guidance and support throughout the entire process.

Classes run in twelve-week phases, each divided into four-week blocks. Phases are posted monthly and include the training focus for each day. Workouts are posted daily.

Power Track℠ promotes a sense of community and spirit through in-class competitions to set personal records, and class and individual goals. Each class takes on its own personality making it fun and rewarding.

MINIMIZING INJURY RISK

What sets Power Track℠ apart from other “strength and conditioning” programs is its science-based approach, which minimizes the risk of injury. The program is built around safe and effective movement patterns, with exercises tailored to your specific needs and goals. Regardless of your physical ability, exercise modifications ensure consistent progression and success. Instructors focus on teaching proper lifting techniques and recovery methods, further enhancing your training experience.

Even if you have old injuries or you are prone to knee, back, ankle, or other problems, Power Track℠ is still a great option for you. Please advise your instructor of any restrictions before class. Power Track℠ instructors are trained to help you make modifications to exercises, or tell you which ones to skip, so you can get fit while staying healthy.
