POWER TRACK℠ - Strength Training West Midtown

Power Track℠, developed by X3 Sports, is an instructor-led weight-training group class that features a range of exercises derived from three core lifts: bench press, squat, and deadlift. Certified strength conditioning instructors closely monitor your form and technique to ensure accuracy and safety. The class focuses on muscle confusion and cognitive engagement, aiding in fat loss and the development of lean muscle mass.

HOW IT WORKS

Power Track℠ is a small group weight-training class tailored to your fitness goals. Experienced coaches will discuss your objectives, whether it's building muscle, shedding weight, or boosting strength, and assess your experience level to establish the ideal starting point. This class is perfect for everyone, including beginners, with world-class instructors offering guidance and support every step of the way.

Classes run in twelve-week phases, each divided into four-week blocks. Phases are posted monthly and include the training focus for each day. Workouts are posted daily.

Power Track℠ promotes a sense of community and spirit through in-class competitions to set personal records, and class and individual goals. Each class takes on its own personality making it fun and rewarding.

MINIMIZING INJURY RISK

Power Track℠ distinguishes itself from other “strength and conditioning” programs through its science-based approach, which significantly reduces the risk of injury. The program is centered on safe and effective movement patterns, with exercises customized to meet your specific needs and goals. No matter your physical ability, exercise modifications are available to ensure steady progress and success. Instructors emphasize proper lifting techniques and recovery methods, enhancing your overall training experience.

Even if you have old injuries or you are prone to knee, back, ankle, or other problems, Power Track℠ is still a great option for you. Please advise your instructor of any restrictions before class. Power Track℠ instructors are trained to help you make modifications to exercises, or tell you which ones to skip, so you can get fit while staying healthy.
