Bio
Clint McDowall is a Jeet Kune Do Instructor, MMA Kickboxing Coach, BJJ Blue Belt, and certified Personal Trainer who teaches kickboxing and Muay Thai with a strong focus on striking and real-world self-defense. Jumping straight into MMA when it came time to compete, Clint quickly learned to love the intensity and freedom of mixed martial arts, a discipline he still prefers for its well-rounded, no-limits approach to training and fighting. Nothing makes him feel more like a warrior than lacing up his boots and wrapping his hands, and he brings that same readiness into helping clients conquer fears, build strength, and discover what they’re truly capable of.

I prefer Mixed Martial Arts because it's the least restrictive and most well-rounded format for training and fighting

What health, fitness, or martial arts goals do you help your clients meet?
What I'm most passionate about is helping people conquer their fears and discover just how much they're really capable of. Whether it's gaining muscle, losing weight or just learning how to move better, I can point you in the right direction.
What motivates you to train and teach every day?
Martial Art is a spiritual calling.
