Meet Marcus Carson, a dedicated fitness and martial arts enthusiast specializing in kickboxing, group fitness, and HIIT training. As a certified kickboxing instructor through the ISSA (International Sports Science Association) and CPR/AED certified by the American Heart Association, Marcus brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his classes.
Having a background in wrestling, karate, and Taekwondo, Marcus appreciates the discipline instilled by martial arts, emphasizing its role in maintaining a calm and steady mindset while building strength and health. His journey as a kickboxing and striking coach began in June 2020 when he joined X3, becoming a member and falling in love with the gym. By 2023, Marcus achieved a milestone, transitioning from a dedicated member to a passionate kickboxing trainer at X3, where he continues to share his love for martial arts and fitness.
Marcus sees himself as a warrior, motivated by the realization that tomorrow is not promised. He embraces the challenge of working hard, delivering powerful kicks and punches, and teaching engaging combinations to boost confidence. His goal is to assist clients in achieving physical, mental, and emotional well-being through enjoyable kickboxing workouts, promoting self-defense skills, and enhancing cardiovascular health with a mix of aerobic and anaerobic exercises.
