I joined X3 in November of 2012. My goal was to increase my strength and endurance. Over a 12 month period, I lost about 10 lbs and 14 inches overall (4 of that in my waist, 3 from my hips). My body fat also decreased from 23% to 18%. My strength, endurance, and even agility has improved drastically! X3 has helped me push past my limits and reach a level of fitness I didn’t know existed within me. I love that all X3 team members, from management to trainers, provide continuous motivation, encouragement, and support. I also love the convenience and variety of classes and one-on-one training.
As a 35 year old, mother of 3 with a full-time job, I look forward to going to X3 each day…it’s my, “me time.” It’s a huge stress-reliever and the health benefits I continue to receive are absolutely worth the time, money and effort. X3 has become a part of my everyday routine…Eat clean. Drink water. Stay active. Be healthy. It’s a lifestyle. Train like there’s no finish line. Thanks X3!*
