OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAYoga is a weight bearing exercise that will enable you to tone muscles and increase strength and flexibility. Yoga addresses superficial as well as deeper muscles encouraging trunk stabilization and core strength.

How much are classes?

Yoga classes can be purchased depending on your availability:

  • Per class ($10 for members and $15 for non-members)
  • 10-class package can be bought for $135.

Yoga is also included in some of our membership programs.

What do I wear for yoga?

Comfortable workout clothes are appropriate for yoga. X3 Sports has custom brand yoga apparel including leggings, shirts and more!

What do I bring?

 Bring a towel, water, and if you have one, a yoga mat. Yoga mats are  available to rent for $2/each.

Why is meditation and breathing so important?

By focusing on the movement of the body and regulation of the breath, you may begin to quiet the chatter of the thinking mind. A mind that is calm and clear is receptive (vs. reactive). The yoga practice cultivates a calm mindset and over time can set new neural patterns. This is when positive health benefits can begin to develop, such as lowering blood pressure and alleviating anxiety.
