Martial Arts practitioner of 30 years, teaching for 26 years. 4th-degree TKD Master Black Belt, 4th Degree Ho Shin Do, Purple Belt Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Kobudo, Kali/ Eskrima. All Amateur competitions. Expertise in Striking Arts and Self-Defense/Close Quarters Combat.
