Muay Thai

Muay Thai, a traditional martial art from Thailand with a history spanning over 2000 years, has rapidly become one of the fastest-growing combat sports. Known as the "art of eight limbs," Muay Thai utilizes punches, kicks, knees, and elbow strikes, allowing a fighter, or nak-muay, to attack with eight points of contact. This contrasts with the two points (fists) in boxing and the four points (fists and feet) in other martial arts. Additionally, Muay Thai includes stand-up grappling, known as the clinch.
