I'm originally from Norwich, Connecticut and I grew up playing soccer, basketball, and track & field. I went to Emerson College in Boston to study Writing, Literature and Publishing with a focus on social justice. While in school, I did an internship at a spoken word poetry foundation in London and worked closely with refugees. Between college, working for a marketing agency, and building my freelance content creation business, I let my fitness go. Since working at X3 Sports, I have become fully emerged in the fitness lifestyle and I workout alongside our members every day at Inman Park. I'm super passionate about bringing the incredible stories of X3 Warriors to the digital space. It is so much more rewarding to market a product that you believe in and X3's proven process really changes lives.

My tri-colored pitbull, Mazi, is my one and only son.

I love to read, thrift shop, listen to podcasts, take Instagram photos, research social media trends, and work out.
