X3 Sports offers the best in private training. Trainers can design a custom workout plan tailored to your goals, help you develop a nutrition plan, provide ongoing motivation and support, and teach you new exercises. Our professional athletes and personal trainers challenge you to achieve your goals, whether you want to lose weight, get fit, or improve your athletic performance.

HOW IT WORKS

Personal training sessions can be one-on-one, or within a small group. You are able to specify your training based on your goals, or focus on progressing in any of our classes offered:

If you're interested in adding personal training to your workout routine, talk to the front desk staff at your home X3 Sports location. They'll get you in touch with the training manager of your location. The training manager will discuss your needs, goals, and preferences, and then let you know which personal trainers will be a good fit.

FREE ONE-HOUR PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION

Every X3 Sports member receives a complimentary one-hour private session with a personal trainer in order to get you on the right track. Your membership coordinator will usually schedule your session when you sign up for your membership, or they'll assign you a trainer who will reach out to you in the first month of your membership. If you have any questions, please contact us or talk to a staff member at your X3 Sports location.

BODY ASSESSMENTS

A complimentary complete body assessment is provided to all X3 members to evaluate your current fitness levels, establish measurable goals, and guide you through your fitness journey.
