Start with a Complimentary Body and Performance Assessment

Before you can start training to reach your fitness goals, you need to know where you stand. X3 Sports’ Body Assessment is used to set a baseline so you can track your progress through body measurements, body composition, and weight.

During your ongoing assessments (recommended every 90 days), our certified, knowledgeable X3 Sports personal trainers will answer questions and give you advice to help you reach your fitness goals.We will use our state-of-the-art tools, including our digital body composition scale, to accurately measure body weight, body fat, BMI, and other key metrics

One of our highly skilled personal trainers will also utilize standard body measurements to meticulously document your overall changes and progress.

This comprehensive tracking allows us to provide you with detailed insights into your fitness journey, ensuring you stay motivated and informed. All of this valuable information will be securely stored in your personal X3 Sports ClubReady profile, which you can conveniently access online at any time.
