I'm Cassius Randell, your go-to coach for all things Boxing, Fast Track, and Personal training. I specialize in helping individuals of all skill levels fine-tune their boxing techniques. From beginners looking to grasp the basics to advanced enthusiasts aiming to refine their skills, I'm here to guide and support you every step of the way. My personal training services encompass a wide range of fitness objectives, including strength and conditioning, Olympic training, weight loss, muscle growth, and toning.
While my background includes college basketball, my passion now lies in boxing training, both as a coach and as a boxer pursuing my own career in the sport. What I cherish most about sports is the element of teamwork and the constant challenge they offer. I truly feel like a Warrior when I challenge myself to reach my fitness goals every single day, and that same Warrior spirit extends to my clients.
I specialize in training youth boxers with aspirations of turning pro, as well as individuals seeking to achieve various fitness goals. I’m motivated to train and teach every day by the opportunity to help my clients become better versions of themselves. My clients often describe me as a great teacher and listener, with an extensive knowledge base that allows me to push them to be their best selves, both in fitness and in life.
My training motto and words of advice? When clients think they're done, remind them, "That was just the warmup," because we still have work to do.
